3D Modeling
We continuously work on enhancing our products to better reflect the experiences of our customers. In this process, we implement innovative projects at our two R&D centers, which are approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
We offer 3D design, sampling and prototyping processes to our customers with the technologies that enable digital modeling offered by Browzwear and CLO systems.
We have in-house sewing facilities across six different locations, each specializing in specific product categories.
We have fabric and accessory warehouses and cutting units in two different locations. Fabric control processes and accredited laboratories are located in our logistics centers.
Our in-house embroidery facilities at the logistics centers produce value-added products.
Our in-house piece printing unit is located at our logistics facility in Manisa / Akhisar OIZ region.
At our Smartwash garment washing facilities, we offer ozone washing technology to our customers. We evaluate the environmental impacts of all our washing processes using a unique calculation method called TYH Smartscore. This innovative system, combined with Smartwash, allows us to measure the efficiency of our washing procedures, giving us the opportunity to continuously improve and deliver the best results to our customers.
