Occupational Health and Safety

Ensuring the health and safety of our employees is one of our top priorities.

In 2023, we organized a total of 13,375 person*hours of training programs to raise awareness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

Additionally, every year, we regularly inform our employees about social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and chemical management.

Through these training programs, we aim to raise awareness among our employees about protecting both themselves and the environment and to maintain this awareness in all areas of their work life.

Collaborations and Projects

Embroidery Workshop

In collaboration with the Fashion Design Technologies Department of Zeynep Gülin Öngör Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Akhisar, Manisa, we carry out various projects and provide employment opportunities for their graduates within our company.

We have established an embroidery workshop in the school, allowing students to gain hands-on experience with embroidery machines used in the industry, helping them develop their skills and become sought-after candidates after graduation.

Collaborations and Projects

“School at the Workplace, Workplace at the School” Project

Since the foundation of our factory in Akhisar OIZ, we have offered students the opportunity to practice on sewing machines under the supervision of employees and teachers, and bring their designs to life in a dedicated classroom within the factory.

This enables students to reinforce their theoretical knowledge while enhancing their practical skills, preparing them for the future.
